How to grow
Sow directly into light, deeply tilled soil with good drainage and a pH of 6.0 to 6.6, ideally around 75°F for quick germination. Mix the small seeds with dry coffee grounds or sand to improve distribution, and thin to provide room. Apply mulch once established to keep roots cool. To store, trim off the foliage, layer roots in a damp medium, and keep in cool, moist conditions.
