Questions

Is buckwheat pasta gluten-free?
Yes. Buckwheat isn't related to wheat, despite the name. Pasta Gustosa's Organic 100% Buckwheat Pasta is made from organic buckwheat and nothing else, and the maker labels it gluten-free.

What gluten-free baking mixes do you have?
Cassavaberry makes an All-Purpose Baking Mix ($12) for pancakes, waffles, muffins and banana bread, a three-ingredient Cassava Flour Tortilla Mix ($11), and cookie and brownie mixes ($14), including a carob brownie mix with no chocolate. Cassavaberry labels all of them gluten-free, grain-free and plant-based.

Is there a high-protein gluten-free pasta?
Pasta Gustosa says its Organic 100% Red Lentil Pasta has substantially more protein and fiber than wheat pasta. Its Organic 100% Green Pea Pasta is also made from a single legume.
