Good to know

How do the discounts work?

3 or more items from this page: 10% off those items. 10 or more: 15% off instead. It comes off automatically in the cart, no code, and counts every item, so four jars of the same honey count as four. It does not stack with other product discounts.

Can I order a lot of one thing?

Yes. Use the + on any card, or set the quantity on the product page. The same 10% and 15% tiers apply. For 25 or more, ask for a quote: we confirm the maker has the stock and pass on their case pricing where they offer it.

Will it arrive as one gift?

Each maker packs and ships its own box at its own shipping rate, shown at checkout. Items from three makers arrive as three packages, usually within a few days of each other. The tray counts packages as you build. If you want one box, see ready-made gift boxes.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. Add a note in the cart and it goes to every maker in the order. Enter the recipient's address at checkout.

What about cheese and other cold items?

Items marked "ships cold" go out Monday to Wednesday in insulated packaging so they never sit over a weekend. Shelf-stable items (chocolate, honey, coffee, tea, jam, hot sauce, spices) ship any weekday.
